Working with people in-person from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and on-line nationally and internationally - as a well-established Hypnotherapist and Coach, I bring 20 years of experience in practice as a Hypnotherapist, along with selected additional training to make sessions as efficient and beneficial as possible.
My qualifications, and experience include Hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Coaching and Specialist Training in working with people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (including Trauma and Abuse).
Supporting people achieve their goals, such as; to overcome Phobias, Trauma, and other personal challenges like low self-esteem, I also have over 25 years experience delivering training and practising within the well-being industry including 17 years experience delivering Hypnotherapy Practitioner Training for a long-standing Hypnotherapy Training school.
I am keen to emphasise that Clinical Hypnosis is practised as part of a caring and life-enhancing profession used for therapeutic purposes.
I have been awarded a Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice through the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and have also been awarded Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP). Through these organisations I follow a strict code of ethics.
